Manufacturer torque specs. Proper bearing pre-load. Alignment tolerances measured and recorded. As-found and as-left condition documented every time.
Every visit produces a work order — what was done, what was found, parts used, items flagged. That record feeds the next diagnosis. Most contractors skip this part because they don't use the data. We do.
