Context captured.
The request starts with the equipment, symptom and urgency. Available records and required measurements are reviewed when the scope is confirmed.
The next decision starts with context.
When documentation is included in the scope, as-found observations, measurements and follow-up items can stay with the work instead of living only in conversation.
Section 01 The firm

Clear scope. Useful equipment context.

Relign scopes industrial maintenance around the equipment, the work requested and the trade responsibility required. Additional support is confirmed before work begins.

01

Knowledge Compounds

Mechanical

Available equipment records, prior observations and required procedures can be reviewed as part of the agreed scope. Documentation deliverables are confirmed before work.

Relational

The goal is a clear handoff: equipment, symptom, known history and requested outcome stay together from intake through the work.

02

Qualified Support, Scoped Clearly

Mechanical

Journeyperson-led work may include registered apprentices. When a job needs more hands or another trade, Relign can draw on a vetted contractor network and established distributor or parts relationships.

Relational

Relign does not represent a large payroll, permanent multi-trade staff or guaranteed capacity. The accepted scope names who is responsible, what qualifications are required and what must be documented.

Section 02 How we operate

What to confirm before a visit

Four scope habits: identify the cause to investigate, define the records, name trade boundaries and confirm any added support.
